By placing an order with Hunny Bloom Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

1. Custom & Personalized Products

Many Hunny Bloom Studio products are handmade and/or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the customized nature of these products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, unless required by applicable law.

Please carefully review your selected size, colour, design, wording, and personalization before completing your purchase.

2. Embroidery

Embroidery is a handmade process. Minor variations in stitching, placement, thread tension, colour, or appearance may occur and are considered a normal characteristic of embroidered products.

Hunny Bloom Studio will make every reasonable effort to ensure the finished product matches the listing, approved design, or agreed-upon specifications.

3. Customer-Supplied Garments

If you provide your own clothing or item for embroidery, Hunny Bloom Studio is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, stains, shrinkage, fabric weakness, or other issues with the item.

While reasonable care will be taken during the embroidery process, embroidery involves puncturing the fabric with a needle. Hunny Bloom Studio cannot guarantee that every customer-supplied garment will be suitable for embroidery.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please refer to the provided size charts before ordering.

Differences in fit, measurements, or appearance between brands and garment styles are not considered defects.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, custom and personalized items are final sale.

For non-personalized items, returns or exchanges may be considered at the discretion of Hunny Bloom Studio, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Hunny Bloom Studio as soon as possible after receiving your order so the issue can be reviewed.

6. Order Errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is accurate, including names, spelling, wording, sizes, colours, and design selections.

Hunny Bloom Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Hunny Bloom Studio reserves the right to substitute a garment, material, or colour when necessary due to supplier availability. Customers will be contacted where a substitution would materially change the product.

8. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization, material availability, and other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, Hunny Bloom Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and other original content created by Hunny Bloom Studio are the property of Hunny Bloom Studio unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Right to Refuse an Order

Hunny Bloom Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving inappropriate, unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable content.

11. Policy Changes

Hunny Bloom Studio reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The version posted at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
